Privacy
This covers what happens to the details you send me by email, and what this website handles when you visit it.
What I collect
Your name, company, phone number, email and suburb, and details and photos of your machine. Only what you choose to send.
Why
To reply to you, quote the job, do the work and invoice it.
Who else holds it
I don't sell your details or pass them on. They're held in the services I use to run the business: Google Workspace for email and Xero for invoices.
This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, it sees the technical details your browser sends when you open a page, such as your IP address.
Some of these services may store data outside Australia.
Photos
Photos I take on site are for your service report. I don't photograph your products, designs or people without asking, and I don't put photos from your site on this website without your written permission.
How long I keep it
As long as I need it for the work, and for my business and tax records.
Seeing or correcting your details
Email admin@emmachinesolutions.com.au and I'll sort it out.
